reason: statics are always wrong, therefor by saying statistically you've just given the wrong answer :P
Proof: The orignal survey wouldn't have included the whole population therfor supply false number and false information and additional proof is goverments/Bureau of statistics may alter the results to give more positive/negative results as they see fit.
