I have an 80 Western Digital 7200 rpm 8mb cache.

nah its serial not cereal :P
serial ata is like IDE, its a connection interface
you've got ide channels and no sata ports

because i've looked at your PC with its 1337 case mod of doom and blue light
and as far as i know, i didn't see any SATA ports. Chances are if you don't know if you have them or not, you probably don't....
But hey, you might, so have a look... SATA is better than IDE, and if you can snag a nice SATA drive then all the better! :)

I hate computer fairs for what they are but I also luff computer fairs and I'll still shop there ;)
