i got a mate up in newcastle thinking up stepping up to a 3200+, so hes interested in finding out what he can get for his old chip...

its about 4 months old, never overclocked, still even has the original thermal pad on the HSF

mate, we just banged the chip into the board, and have even played with bios, so as far as i know, its in the same state as we got it from the factory

as for the identifier code, the chips still in his board at the moment, but ill see what i can do
