Purchased both on the 14th of September this year and has been working perfect in my system since that day and has not been overclocked in any form. Still under 1 year warranty (starting 14th September) by supplier and still have full receipt and packaging.

what is the condition of the heatsink, and steppings of the cpu

Heatsink is perfect ? it came with the cpu and works great. How do i check the stepping of the cpu?

i ran that program but i cant find where it says stepping :(
The stepping ID fields are both blank (0). ?

might be because it's a 64 bit chip.
