Why do people always flame new Clans.

All I say is grow up & try to welcome a clan instead of flaming it.
Do we want new people at the LAN or do we want the LAN to die with lack of people comming.

I say the more clans we get the better.
Every Clan starts somewhere and with practice we may just be a Clan that will put up some cometition.

sorry man... didn't mean to be flaming at all... believe me, i'm probably the biggest promoter for more clans in comps @ CCGL... i cant wait for the day when we can get a really big CS comp going... or better yet, a 8 team DC comp :D

yeah, i'm a big fan of a CS:S comp... i'll be looking into running on myself if the admins dont want to just yet... not looknig to replace the CS1.6 comp... but add a 2nd comp in that will still be good fun

gudday everyone, me and a mate are looking to join a clan for the next ccgl. were both pretty good at call of duty and battlefield. i'm pretty good in a chopper and on the ground and hes a pretty good shot and is great with tactical stuff. we need to join a clan or start one with others. thanks

firstly... welcome to the forums and the ccgl community... we dont bite... excessivly hard anyways...

as for clannage, your best bet would be to come 2 a lan and game... if your good u'll get picked up by some 1337 clan like 7thCav (who i think are recruiting atm... try a post in their forums) or u'll meet other ppl who are clanless and form a clan on the day...

it's hard to work out a clan on the forums... tis easier on the day

7thCav is a Desert Combat clan thats down in the clan section on the forums... just look down below the spawn forums...

but yeah, the best part of forming a clan on the day is that u get to meet new ppl and laugh as u TK em by accident in the DC comp (sorry damage!)

How can you TK someone in DC unless they are in an enemies vehicle in which case they deserve to get shot for being so stupid :P

EXACTLY. even then, any form of moderate team communication avoids this.

Which is why we wanna have tags turned off, but apparently people still find it hard even with tags on to distinguish friend from foe... so oh well.
