I can understand the frustration of being screwed around and such.. But If I was a company and received and email like that, I would be probibly react the same way as that store did..

I would ask for the refund, but I wouldnt try forcing a store (that allready makes next to nill on sales) upgrade me.

For reference, I have run into lots of issues recently purchasing hardware (Hell, my Vapochill is coming up on a 4 week wait now), and have always had things come to a good conclusion because I didnt take the approach the person did there..

that guy obviously has very little experience in dealing with suppliers and shops... this sort of thing isn't that uncommonl... and his little angry hacker outburst just makes me want to bust him in the chops
