Note to all members who frequent our forums, we have changed forum engines. The good news is, all posts/accounts were moved over to the new database successfully. As such your normal username and password should allow you access.

Advantages/Features
• Ignore Feature
o Allows individual users to ignore another user. We hope this will cut down the amount of inter-user fighting.
• Moderation Improvements
o Mods now have the ability to mark a thread or post as invisible, once this is done regular users will not be able to see them. This means that when used, and a user complains, Mods are able to review the selected item and mark it visible again if needed.
• Warning System
o Mods now have the ability to issue a user a warning through the forum. Once a user reaches the limit of warnings issued by the board administrator, the users account can automatically be suspended/posting ability disabled either for a period of time or indefinitely.
• Trash Can
o Allows Forum Administrators to force all deleted threads to be placed into the Trash Can instead of deleting the thread outright.
• Larger Logging system
o More advanced Logging system implemented to allow better auditing/tracking of forum activities.
• Enhanced Moderation
o New features allows moderation tasks to be done on a mass scale (Mark & Action), decreasing the time that moderators need to spend on their tasks.
• Post Reporting
o This feature allows any user to report a post to the moderation team (either local moderators or global) for review. This inbuilt system should allow the moderators of the forum to respond quickly and efficiently to posts that the forum community feels requires their attention.

We hope that the above mentioned features will help improve your experience on the CCGL forums, and decrease the number of fights that have been increasing over the last few months.

Over the next few weeks you will probably notice the forums change as we get used to the new features, and restructure things. Please be patient as we go through this phase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact either ads0r (ads0r@ccgl.org) , Kaygo (kaygo@ccgl.org) or Turri (jason@ccgl.org).

This is not a thread for discussion, if you have any questions or compaints please let me know via PM.
