Any pictures taken by ho|e will not be hosted by any 3rd party sites.. its a request that you don't. thanks for putting your hands up fellas.. but if you host them places, without the poeple in them knowing.. then it causes some trouble :)

It is safe to host them on holes personal webspace, and then links put in the KAMP forum.. i know you'd wanna show everyone how KAMP was but yeah.. some ppl in pics mighten appreciate it..

I'm confused at your post Adsor. Are you saying 3rd party sites such as CCLN cannot host pictures taken by Ho|e at KAMP, yet he can host them himself and provide a link to them on CCGL's forums? Are you also implying he can do this without the permission of the people in the photos? Your post would make a lot more sense if you'd made a typo and meant to say "It isnt safe to host them on Holes personal webspace....."

'Otherwise' this stinks of hypocracy as CCGL has never asked lanners for their permission to take photos of us and host them.
"Any pictures taken by ho|e will not be hosted by any 3rd part sites" sounds more like a demand then a request, but as you stated it a request, I'll take that to mean you are not in fact trying to claim propriety of Ho|e's photos and so he is free to host them wherever he wants?

I'm still failing to see why you say its not OK that he has the pics hosted at CCLN, but its ok if he hosts them himself. If they're he's photos, he has rights of copyright and the right to choose where they are hosted, if at all. If you want to give Ho|e some actual good advice, tell him to seek permission of all those involved BEFORE hosting them anywhere, not "Dont host them at CCLN, but host them yourself and put a link here" :roll:

You never directly referred to CCLN, but it was painfully obvious, given the fact I'm not a complete moron :roll:
Anyway I offered to 'host' them. I also said I could generate a album for them "too" which I meant as optional. It's just theres a lot of space on our server and its not being used, so I offered the space to Hole to store the pics.
If you want the pics only to be viewed by KAMPers then he can still host the pics with CCLN, and provide a link in here, so only KAMPers know about them. CCLN will not generate a album nor link to it on our site. Would there be any problems with this?
(This is all heresy anyway coz I dont even know if Hole wants to host the pics, but for future reference anyway)

Also why would I want photos of me getting hammered going up in an album on CCLN anyway I dont go to that website hell I dont even like that website saw it once and wasn't very impressed.

If the CCGL forum is unable or unwilling to provide such a service for it’s members then it should NOT stop others from doing so. It makes CCGL look like Tel$tra and Raynar like any other broadband reseller.

As for what is permited.

What can I do with pictures I have taken with MY camera?

Answer: Anything I like, If CCGL or KAMP had a disclosure agreement that they made everyone sign then YES they could limit what you did with pictures you take.

About the people in the pictures: You can be sued unless the person in question has signed a release form for deformation of character or for parts in any profits made from the picture. Like Star Wars Boy.

As for KAMP, what happens at KAMP stays at KAMP! Anyone who breaches this agreement or state of mind will suffer the wrath of other KAMPERS next time. 8)

Yeah, 300360bytes (about 300Kb) is pretty big for an avatar. There's supposed to be a limit on the size I think but for some reason they haven't got it to work on these forums :? It's still pretty cool though. just lose the cat, and lose the clothes and it would rock :oops:

Hey all sorry for being ofline for a while ACTUALLY GOT 35 hours sleep full on. my dad thought i was like druged and got them ambos and i woke up in hopsital for another F |_| CKIN check up. christ i am sick of them.. but anywas i iz back and pics will hopefully be loaded after ccgl as i am going to myu mothers and have a . load of work to do.. + i will have to edit each one because @tm the are each 1mb. i can get the to. 50kb or so. eg >
