HAHAHA that's so fake it's not funny.

You can see the flames are photoshopped in, ffs...

besides, IF it did work, what an ingenious way to cause yourself a horrible fire-related death!

Umm.. it looks real. The blueflame at the leading edge to the flame at the other. It's a gas based system, so merely high pressure, not a lot of guts. As the miltary ones are designed to spew burning liquid.

Oh and there's an easy way to make a small one.

Long small gas bottle.
Plunger wire for trigger.
Length of wood.
small pilot light.

Strap the bottle to the wood. Hook up the pilot light near the tip. Bend the wire till it fits in the nozzel of the gas bottle and away you go.

Very intense up close, and you have to make sure it doesn't back burn so have the pilot light about 10 centimeters from the nozzle......

Ah it was fun growing up on a farm.

it was the manner in which you posted, and the content of your post.

You say that, but just because I cannot photoshop to that level of skill doesn't mean that others cannot.

Besides, look at the flames.

I can't view SA at work either, but if you could tell me the supposed method of fuel and the way it delivers it to provide such a fantastic flame - do tell

MMM... I've played with gas flamethrowers before. + seen many industrial flares (shutes to basically burn gasses produced when burning other things) and the flames are real.

It wouldn't be too hard to set it up, just need some high pressure gas cylinders and maybe some extra compression.
It's also in the evening, and that does some weird things to flame and film.

:) mmmm.. flamey goodnes...

Heheheh.. I should have added it would be easier to build it than to try and make paintshop flames like that ;)
