What do you guys think? I think that something like this could be real interesting. Maybe not this weekend - but next weekend perhaps - on a sunday...
We meet somewhere, drive somewhere and all stop and have a BBQ or somethin, and then drive back... Driving's always fun, so why not find a nice destination somewhere for a bit of a trip, get a good feed and drive back?
Figured someone might be interested, so i thought i'd ask :)
Sure love to see the EH come out for a drive :)\
So if anyone knows any nice places to go for a drive to, anywhere where you can get a nice lunch thats a fair distance away to go drive to, yeah, let us know if anyones interested :D

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING!
we'll go across the ferry and theres a nice pub with a nice bistro section, we can grab a bite to eat there. Been there twice before, wasnt too bad :D
oh and alc - sucks the petrol eh?
Maybe you should get it checked out?
when was the last time you got it serviced? :P
edit :
alc, you can drive to where we meet, and then you can hitch a ride in my car if you really want to.
But one person to a car would be preferable :) more cars! :D

Nah, you can do that while you're sitting at home reading wired.
This is cars stuff, and just a good day out - leave the computers behind for a day and just do something different!

ok - maj or tempus, you guys be interested on a day out?
nothin computer or LAN related - just a nice drive out to wisemans ferry and lunch, and then a drive back. :)
wiseman's not a far enough drive away from me :P (10min), still I agree it's a nice drive up old northern..
but maybe go from the other side of the wisemans, back into dural then through the galston gorge and down pennant hills to parrah and accross up the windsor road to box hill then up cattie back through to galston(where the F3 starts..).?
anyway..maybe next weekend for me
