My RX9800Pro half-died the other day. With no other computer to check the card on or other cards to test in my comp I checked forums etc. It seemed my problem was a common one so RMA time it was.

How many of you have gone through the RMA process, for what hardware and how did it go?

Intel 865PERL
Looked like one of the cpu's caps was leaking so I took a piccy and sent it to intel's rma department, they sent me a replacement baord within 24 hours and it arrived 3 days later. I replaced the board and sent the old one back. They supplied everything (including the postage to send it back, and it didnt cost me a cent)
