Basically, we need some people on the team to create character and weapon models (among other things).

So if you've got any experience, and are motivated to work on this mod, then PM me, and we'll see what we can do.

Don't email me, it'll probably be detected as spam and your application will be lost in the great void of deleted stuff.

Post any questions about the positions here and while I might not be able to answer them myself, the other members of the team will.

Updated Down the Bottom of the thread... go check it out!!!

Hey AlC, i'm willing to draw up some hand drawn pics for the characters and go through the Maya tutes for them.
You know where to contact me ;)

Btw i would need some general pics of how the characters look to hand render them, not just the pics off the game either if you have any.

Ok, here's the situation. We need modellers, animators and mappers.

Modellers and animators will need to have experience in either 3dStudioMax or Maya (even just Maya PLE) before applying.

Mappers need experience in mapping in UT2004 before applying, if not, apply after going through the tutorials at http://www.3dbuzz.com/

Remember, PM me and we'll let you know fairly soon.

Thanks.

just in regards to ogre's post, this is a great chance to be part of a very dedicated team and to also learn alot about what goes into creating a game. for anyone looking to get into the games industry, this sort of experience would be invaluable. we are using one of the most cutting edge games engine available to make a product which we hope will be played at both lans and online.

so yeah, if your dedicated and willing to learn, join us! even if you have no experience in anything related to games design, let us know and we can point you towards the right lessons and tutorials to learn the skills needed to join the team.

-AlC

Thought I'd just join in on the "Edit Ogre's Post" game :P - Geggs

It's quite fun actually... see, join the team and you could do this too!
-AlC

And be a part of the development ;) - Geggs

I was bored so I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon - Ogre
