ur comparing different compression formats there, but to answer ur questions lossless wma is 320kbps... not sure what it would be with mp3 but generally 192kbps mp3 is good enough

WMA is about half the size of mp3 for the same quality... OGG is supposed to be even better quality apparently...

they are all different formats and there isnt much point in compairing them to each other...
generally.. WMA is the worst... WMA lossless.. nfi about that.. but any format that is lossless is going to give you very large file sizes.. and if it dosent.. then its not a lossless format.. and imho.. 320kbps.. dosent fall into the lossless range..
mp3 is nice and easy and everyone knows what it is.. 128-256 is good enuff.
OGG.. same file size as a 128kbps mp3.. but @ higher rate like 192-320 range... can go even higher ir you use VBR insted of CBR. only problem with ogg is that not everything supports it.. and not many people know / use it.
FLAC is supposed to be good.. but havent used it before.
i use monkey audio codec for lossless encodes.. with bitrates of around 1000+ kbps @ around 10-20mb per file. (usually around 13-15mb)
