Dule Display Problem

as title says i'm fiddeling with dule displays atm, my problem is that the windows task bar will only display in the secondary display, i want it in the primary one instead, atm i've solved the problem by changeing everything around to the second display and set the one i want as primary to secondary, but i would like to know how to change it :-/

iv got duel monitors and i have not 1 clue wat your talking about

Left = Primary = Task Bar + icons
Right = Empty Desktop

neg.. video card does not matter.. dual display is handled by windows alone..

as kane kinda said... make sure the one you want to have task bar etc.. in is set to primary display. and your secondary is only set to "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor"

your secondary monitor can be moved around your primary monitor. as to how you have things setup (to the left or right or notop or below of your primary)

windows controls which monitors you use, but it's video card drivers that determine how the view is spanned across the 2...


i.e. nvidia's nView manager

i just pluged the connectors in and it worked. as far as im concered there no "fiddling" involved plug and play?

bloto done that, primary display dosen't have the taskbar secondary dose

kk rebooted logged in screens went all wered, screwed around with my desktop then everything was as it should be, no idea wtf happened especialy as i rebooted after i set it all up but it's all good now, so i'm not complaining
