Everyone thinks I am a really nice guy. They always comment that I am very passive and understanding, and nobody thinks I would ever hurt a fly.

A lot of the time I have bad, evil thoughts... One day I think I am going to act on them, and I don't know how I am going to cope with it.

Sometimes I get an impulse just to do something without thinking. The other day I was driving my car and a girl was crossing the road. I started steering towards her before I realised what was happening.

I also had the urge about a month ago while cooking to stab my girlfriend. I didn't want to hurt her, it just seemed right to put the knife into her. Luckily I didn't do it this time.
