Some nice changes in this patch. Still a little dodgy with some internet connection types but game balance fixed a lot.
Basically cultists have been un-nerfed, defilers only take 2 pop cap now and builders don't take any pop cap.
Orcs have had wartrakks and stuff knocked back a bit to higher pop levels.
Eldar fireprisms now have pre-conditions on building.
SM's well.. they were pretty good to start, main change is the same as chaos. 3rd tier upgrade now costs 400/100, rather than 500/150.
