its a GA-8I875 Ultra (http://www.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard/Products/Products_GA-8I875%20Ultra.htm#)

and the cpu is a northwood 3.0ghz,

with stock volts the sister chip i have of it.... only 1 sn apart does 3.6ghz just with ram and fsb ajustments

I don't see why, it doesn't have anything that great compared to most Asus Boards. Gigabyte *shudder*

Don't worry Beefy, ill find a CPU Elsewhere , one where I dont have to buy a wanky motherboard with it :)
