sounds more like an issue with PIPE than with the CCGL server...

why is it an issue with the IX and not AU1?

I love to see how you came to the stunning conclusion that it's pipenetworks' fault...

james, dont try to start a flame war here... if it was an au1 issue i'm sure ads0r would know aobut it and have it fixed... the fact that other pipe servers also have sporadic issues similar to this would indicate to me that the problem lies there.

Well as I'll assume you know pipenetworks is an IX which would mean that if it was their problem, then only traffic passing through pipenetworks linked ISP's would be affected...

As you can see, non-users of PIPE are affected by this as well.

Also air cadet boy, I'm not trying to start a flame war. and if it was an AU1 ISSUE, he would probably NOT say it was AU1's fault, rather try and resolve the problem and then just shrug and say "dont know"...

if his company doesnt absolutely have to admit to their fault, then why would they?

One thing we can be sure of at the moment is that it is most likely that NO ONE who has posted in this forum thread knows the cause of the problem... and Brett, I don't think your "assumptions" of the future of CCGL were wanted in this thread either...

Namely because they are grossly incorrect, but hey... :)
