yawn yawn yawn to technology...
I have witnessed a dual 7800sli system playing CSS... unimpressed, especially for the money...
Will 4 make a difference? Or are we still helping to choke the buses?

:/ was probably cuz it was running at 1280x1024
4 won't be any faster than two unless you're running at some ungodly resolution like 20,000xwhatever maxxed everything, anything lower and I don't care how fast your cpu is it'll still be the bottleneck... anyone wonder why I freeze the hell out of my cpu but leave my videocards at sotck speeds? There just no point overclocking them at all
buses are fine... the cpu just can't keep up

AMD are about to release socket M2 ...which is DDR2 800 supporting
unfortunatly as dezza says this boards isn't very useful with one 1 cpu etc etc maybe a dual core would help under certain applications (mr2)

socket M2 should make a nice 3d rendering platform with a dual core A64
