My gf's Dad is in Lisarow and keeps checking with Telstra but still no dsl...
Is there an alternative of any sort for him? Such as an isp with their own wireless?
Thanks in advance...
you can check if the wyong based wireless net (talk to brettzu, he uses it) stretches down that far. Otherwise i doubt it. He could get ISDN or satellite, but they are expensive alternatives.

I thought the satellite was only offered to proper country ppl?
The upstream via phone, downstream via sattelite...
We where going to get it in gosford, as we couldnt get BB. They said it was availible. :/

Give them a call, becuase the information on the site is questionable.
Is Lisarow is a tree-ie (grammar?) place? I don't head their much in my journeys.
But give them a call.. see how you go.

CCI is a ripoff as well for wireless....
I used to work at lisarow, and we could only get a ISDN :( and it was slightly more expensive than a 1500 ADSL plan :(
Plus it gotta be with telstra.
