As said,

I want a P4 2.6 or greater with stock cooler or quite cooler.
MOB with USB2, Asus or Gigabit if available

Ram is not needed but if you want to sell some I'll look at a price.

I need to replace my Athlon 2.8 as the MOB and cpu.
Will sell my old gear or include as part of a swap if your interisted.

I will offer $100 because of the MOB, if you can get100 on OCAU then your a lucky man.
