but ive been here at Acer for three days and i never realised how much of a relief it was to get someone on the phone who was actually happy to be calling with someone to help them out :P

im creating this post for the people who feel my pain and would like to whigne about any unruly or - customers that they have had.

eck, i remember the old call center duty, been there hated that,

i remember argueing with some guy for over an hour, trying to convince him that rat sh!t in his phone voids the warenty.

people are so idiotic, the amount of times i've heard "but i already checked" to which you reply with the standard "well check again"

usually you a receive an "oh.. i feel stupid now"
