Yes maj, I've always found it ironic that a japanese boy born in the USA and most likely kept prisoner during WWII (interment camps for any suspect non-allied peoples in america) ends up being an actor who plays a japanese naval officer in the movie of the battle of midway, even thought he had a thicker american accent than john wayne...
