View Full Version : HDD Letter prob.

Ok i've got this god forsaken problem with my storage drive. I want it to be Letter F so i change it to that right.. but when i turn the poota off... i'll turn it back on the day after and it will have changed itself back to Letter D.

Can anyone tell me how i'm to stop this... or even tell me why it's doing it?

look around for a partition resize program you can use should fix the problem, i did have one but i lost the drive it was installed on and i can't remember the name, if i remember i'll let you know

I take it you are changing it through disk management ?
