Hey guys,

Im applying for some new jobs, but have no idea what to write for this:

Understanding of a multi disciplinary IT support environment

I have worked for Acer for 3 years in the Techincal Support dept, I have a pretty good idea of how everything works round here.

but this has appeared on several of the applications I have recieved.

Talk about your knowledge of the system at hand, and your knowledge beyond that

Kinda got that part, but can you give me an example?

you could talk about how you can demonstrate what kind of "multi disciplinary IT support environment" you know of, why they exist and why they are important to have?
