pfft . ntfs although this is good for dual booters
dont mean . for me

The significance to non-duelbooters though is this..

These NTFS drivers actually uses the original Microsoft Windows NTFS Driver.

it means the same techniques can be used to make drivers for any hardware out of the windows drivers. :idea:

Last time I used a driver claiming to do that, it totally trucked up my NTFS Partitions. Mandrake 9.2 can access NTFS to read, but not to write, which is no big deal, why do you want Linux stuff going into Windows? Unless of course your copying videos or something, and if you need that, just have a FAT32 partition, takes a couple of extra minutes, but it works, and doesn't screw anything.

coz i have 74gb of mp3s on an NTFS hdd. I seriously CBF copying it over to an ext3 system.

lol, fair enough. I read somewhere about being able to get ext2 and ext3 drivers for windows.. Anyone else heard about 'em?

I find it useful, it works well, specially at work, when I am determined to use a Linux System in a Windows environment.
I went and grabbed them last night, and installed them this morning.

Although according to the reviews they are still very unstable, wouldn't recommend them for anyone with valuable stuff.
