What Distro To Learn On

Hey people just wondering what distro do people recomend for people to learn linux on

yeah thats what i thought would get recomended but should i get normal ubuntu that iv been told uses gnome or should i get kubuntu that uses kde im not really sure what those are but a friend told me that the one that uses kde is better

any thoughts

Try ubuntu 3.380 southern hemisphere, left handed version for men beta 3.

If that's not your bag, go for beta 2 ftw...
