hey
k recently when transferring equipment into a new case something happened and my "C:" got wiped...thats ok not the real issue here....
so i grabbed a -py little 12.7gb ide i found under my bed and installed WinXP onto it but there was something wrong with the partitioning of the drive...i now dont have a "C:" instead i have an "F:"...
now my problem becomes apparent: my motherboard software (sound, lan, etc) is hardcoded to install to a "C:" not an "F:"... so there is no installing of that for me.....
so i was damn...and put my winXP cd in and went to boot from it so i could start over and try to fix this problem of partitioning....nope....my keyboard now freezes right up until win loads....so there is no way i can boot from cd....
help????? how do i fix this?
