Bought this game this morning.

Yet to play it.

goddamn EA and their BS servers.

Cant even login to create an account to play SP!!

I should have bought WoW instead!!

i've herd from people at work, that its pretty much just a rush for mech's and if you dont get one you die.
but yet to try it for myself so take it with a grain of salt.

Finally got it working.

Not that I did anything...........just waited 7 hours until it let me login.

Yeah, the mechs are a bit overkill. Been playing online with only infantry, no vehicles, which is a lot more fun.

Playing the AI on easy is ridiculous, if they get mechs or aircraft you are up shit creek.

Other than that, its very very cool.

Nah, mechs are easy to take down.

Two people makes it easier, but there is a one shot kill.

Shoot mech with EMP, preferably from apc.
Run underneath it with AT.
Shoot rockets at vents.
One smoking pile of mech.

If they get out to stop you doing this.
Steal mech. Kill them. Kill everyone else. :P

ahhhhhhhh...Now I see..was wondering how the AI kept disabling me.

Wish there were more maps available to play in SP, only get like 5......which for a $90 game is a pretty pathetic.

for a game with advertising in it $90 is pathetic anyway

i think i'll wait untill i've heard a bit more and from the sounds of it untill ea sort out the server problems

Well server issues seem to have dissapeared for me.

Lag isnt even slightly an issue in game, i havent gone above 50ms yet on internode servers on 64 player maps.

I can happily run the game at 1280x960@32bit on a 6600GT with everything but lighting options maxed out.

I am yet to even notice the in game advertsing ? Too busy trying to stay alive.

Overall the game is growing on me. Only thing that shits me are the people that cant drive fucking vehicles and manage to TK people by running them over.
