Forza Replay file? [Archive] - CCGL - Central Coast Gamers Lan

Hey guys, I've been searching for about 3 hours now, trying to find a way or even find out if it's possible, to get a Forza replay file off of the Xbox, crack it on the pc, and encode it to .AVI...

If anyone knows how, or if it's possible, let me know, please.

Tv Capture card + virtualdub (or your favourite app)

No way to ftp the saved replay file and then convert?

How should I know, I don't have an Xbox. I doubt the replays are avi's or something as easy to work with as that, but you can use my method to get anything off a tv screen
