hey all, last lan we had a massive number of players in the ut2004 comp... more than any other lan i've seen on the coast get... pretty sure it was around the 30 players mark, which is just awesome for such a great game!
now, the question is, what format do u guys want for a ut2004 comp this lan? a couple of recomendations from me would be...
- Single or Double Elim 1vs1 instaGib DeathMatch
- 5vs5 CTF (or iCTF)
- 8vs8 Onslaught
- 2vs2 TDM
- 6vs6 Assault
- A round robin style tournament like last lan, where every round is played in a different gametype, however, this time u'll keep the same team all the way through
personally i'm not the biggest fan of ONS, as it feels more like BF2 than ut, but if u guys post how u feel, i'll try and run a comp that accommodates all tastes ;)
