Outage: Unplanned Service Interruption - S01NSW-0004
Hey, We are currently experiencing an unplanned service interruption. Rest assured we are trying to minimize the disruption as we try to resolve the issue. Below are the details of the unplanned service interruption; Start Time: 11/07/2005 10:14pm- The issues didn't become apparent untill the 13/07/2005 8:05pm Estimated Duration: Unknown Location: Peering Links to the Data Centre- The Machines are fine. Client Impact: High Description: We are momentarily losing connectivity to the Machines.Our Engineers are currently investigating the issue. Users may receive unauthenticated connection requests and / or dropped packets, with little or no connectivity. Due to the frequency of the outages, the whole network may appear to be down, when infact the machines are perfect.
