AusEs 1.6 Competition Information thread - Questions /answers

Rego is open and currently we have about 15 teams in less than 24 hours. Nice :)

I have had some queries regarding LCD screens at the City Hunter venue we are using.

The main section we are using has CRT monitors as were used for our CS Source competition we held their last month.

Me and the dwh clan just got back from City Hunter today.
Good place.
THere is a heap of LCD's.
We got on the LCDs and they were fine. They were kinda like wide screens almost :S
20 inch Samsungs we were using.
Watch it some computers are duds.
I got on one and couldnt play CS Source coz it was running at 800x600 and only getting 20fps rofl.

yeah that pc issue is known now. We will be working around computers like this for the comp ... 1.6 on them should work fine though as its not as graphic intensive
