Please re-read my post before you begin blabbering with profanities...

"potential disabilities"...

Simply implying that he does appear to in fact be, "impaired" to a sense, and the caption included on the picture is a phrase that people quite often use when referring to people with "impairments".

I do apologise for the misconception if indeed this person is free of aforementioned "impairments".

why dont you read peoples' posts properly and stfu
