As you may have noticed we have implemented our PRE-PAY and SEAT BOOKING SYSTEM.
Players can now pre pay for an event using Pay Pal (inc credit card) or by direct deposit into our account (email jason@ccgl.org for account details)
When players have prepaid they are able to reserve their seats at the next event.
As an added incentive we will be offering a PRE PAY PRIZE to one lucky prepayer :)
This ensures that people can arrange to sit in groups as the event fills up.
Any chairs that are on tables are reserved for prepay customers.
If you have registered for the event and are intending to pay at the door your position is still confirmed, just not where you are sitting.
What if i pre pay and dont turn up ?
If a player has prepaid and is unable to attend and has cancelled their registration on the Rego list then they will be credited their entry at the next event they attend. Cancellations are valid up 24hours before the doors are due to open.
If they dont cancell their rego on the players list then there will be no refunds.
How do i pre-pay for my mates ?
You can pre-pay for as many people as you want but you will have to email jason@ccgl.org or msn and notify us of who you have payed for. Once we have received info we will confirm their payment on the rego list and they will then be able to reserve their own seats.
